Diet, Sleep, Excercise and Mindset to Enhance Vitality

Vitality word cloud and some pictures from my portfolio – this image collage is inspired by a course “Managing Stress & Optimizing Energy with Dr. Pedram Shojai” which I followed recently on creativeLIVE.

The central notion of the Vitality or vital energy is a concept of health and wellbeing that emerges from within. Vitality is that what we reinforce in order to stay healthy. We’re born with it and should look to preserve it so we can have a long and healthy life.

We can enhance the Vitality by taking care of our diet, sleep, exercise and mindset and also via some of the ancient healing arts as Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

My photography involves these ideas through numerous conceptual and typography images and, also, pictures healthy and fresh foods often from my home garden. I added a few new pictures related to vitality into my portfolio and more is coming.
